General internal medicine
We treat a broad range of medical conditions, with an emphasis on early detection and prevention. Selected blood tests, including blood count, biochemistry and HbA1c, can be explained on the same day. Same-day X-rays and ECGs are also available.

Cardiology
We provide specialist assessment for symptoms involving the heart and blood vessels, including chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath and swelling. A clinical laboratory technologist performs echocardiography using a PHILIPS Affiniti 70 system. Our ECG service can also assess the risk of previously undetected atrial fibrillation.

Fever clinic
If you have a cough, runny nose, fever or similar symptoms, call before coming. If you arrive by car, call again from the parking area. Depending on your symptoms, we will guide you to testing in your car or to a separate entrance.

Cardiac rehabilitation
Physicians, nurses and physical therapists work together to reduce the risk of recurrent heart disease and improve quality of life. Along with exercise therapy, we help patients consider eating habits and practical changes in daily life.

Weight management clinic
In principle, our weight management clinic is for patients with a BMI of 27 kg/m² or above. We offer physical therapist-led exercise guidance and, after careful assessment of suitability, self-pay medical treatment. The treatment plan is determined after consultation, measurements and an InBody body-composition assessment.
FROM OCTOBER 2026
Injectable treatment will move to Zepbound
From October 2026, injectable treatment in our weight management clinic will generally use Zepbound, which is approved in Japan for obesity, rather than Mounjaro, which is indicated for type 2 diabetes. Because medicine acquisition costs differ, the monthly total prices will be revised.
The monthly total includes consultation and InBody assessment. The actual dose is decided after confirming indication, safety, effect and adverse effects during consultation.
Important information about medicine costs, adverse effects and self-pay care
Zepbound is a tirzepatide medicine approved in Japan for obesity. We confirm the indication and the separation from insured care before prescribing it as self-pay treatment.
Possible adverse effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain and loss of appetite. Serious adverse effects such as hypoglycemia, acute pancreatitis, gallbladder disease and intestinal obstruction have been reported. Please contact us promptly if severe abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, cold sweats or tremor occur.
Depending on BMI and obesity-related health conditions, some patients may meet Japanese health-insurance criteria. Because insured care and self-pay care cannot always be combined on the same day, we will confirm this during consultation.

We provide publicly funded and self-pay vaccinations. Please book by phone in advance. All listed prices exclude tax.
General medical certificate: ¥3,000 / Diving medical certificate, including consultation and document fee: ¥5,000. Both prices exclude tax.
