Scope
These terms set out the basic conditions for using medical care, exercise therapy, this website and other services provided by the clinic.
Personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Medical care
A physician determines care individually after assessing the patient. Do not make medical decisions based only on this website; consult a medical institution if you have symptoms.
Insured care
For care covered by Japanese public health insurance, present a My Number health insurance card, eligibility certificate or other valid document. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, you may be asked to pay the full amount initially.
Self-pay care
Self-pay care is not covered by Japanese public health insurance. Apply only after receiving and understanding an explanation of the service, cost, expected benefits and risks.
Exercise therapy
Exercise therapy is provided after physician assessment and on medical instruction. For safety, accurately report your condition and medicines on the day. Treatment may be stopped or changed depending on your condition.

Prohibited conduct
Harassment of other patients or staff, disruption of care, unauthorized photography or recording, infringement of rights, and conduct contrary to law or public order are prohibited.
